Shipping Policy

This post tells you how we process your order and ship your package to your destination country. 

1. Orders from Canada: free shipping for $65+ CAD
2. Orders from the United States: free shipping for $50+USD
3. For the left countries, we charge a flat shipping fee. You can check your shipping charge before checkout.

1-3 business days for us to make your order after artwork is confirmed

If your customization instruction is clear enough, we will go ahead with your order. It will fasten your order process. If your instruction is not clear, we will contact you to confirm all the details.

Shipping Method & Time:

Regular mail within Canada

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

• Two business days for local mail
• Three business days within the province
• Four days for national mail

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

USPS with United States

• USPS First Class: for packages that weigh 14oz or less. Average arrival time is 3- 5 days with delivery confirmation.
• USPS Priority Mail: for most packages. Average arrival time is 2 – 4 days with delivery confirmation.

The left countries: Asendia tracked service or international standard non-tracking service. It depends on which shipping method you choose.

• Delivery estimated within 7-21 business days
• No additional surcharges for fuel or residential, rural, and regular Saturday delivery
• Dimensional weight charges may apply
• The time frames are not 100%  guaranteed
