The personalized USB flash drive is permanently altered, we will not accept for returns generally.

However, we would like our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. Listed below are several case how we deal with issues for your reference.

Wrong logo

  1. Please check the logo you sent to us first. If the logo you sent us was wrong,  there is nothing wrong with us. We suggest you to reorder one. We shall rush it out for you.
  2. If the mistake was made by us, we will simply send you a new one to replace.

USB is not working

Though it rarely happens, if the USB you received is defective, please screen shot a picture for our reference. Mostly we will send you a new one to replace at no cost to you.

** Please note that you have 30 days to check and examine your USBs from the day you received the package. After 30 days, any product damage or defectives will be at customer’s cost.

Package missed

If you didn’t get your package for a long time like 1 weeks for customers from Canada and United States and 3 weeks for international buyers, please drop up a message. We are happy to help you track your package with our shipper.
